Frequently Asked Questions
How do I join a group?
From the Home screen, tap "Join or Create a Clique" to discover public groups or accept invites from friends via the Friends screen.
How do I leave a group?
In the Group screen, access the members list and select "Leave Group." Admins must assign a new admin if others remain.
How do I vote?
In the Group screen, hold on any middle part of the photo until the animation is complete!
How many votes do I get?
Right now, users get 3 votes per contest. This may change in the future.
Why can I only post one photo for a contest?
It costs money to store the photos. To help with storage issues, users are limited to one photo per contest.
How do I manage join requests as an admin?
In Admin Settings, under "Join Requests," review and accept or deny requests for private groups.
How do I start a contest?
As a group admin, go to Admin Settings, select "Create a Contest," set the category and duration, then start it.
How do I send a friend request?
On the Friends screen, search for a username and tap "Add Friend" to send a request.
How do I invite a friend to a group?
From the Friends screen, select a friend, choose "Invite to Group," and pick a group they’re not in.
Can I delete my photo posts?
Yes, within a group, tap your photo and use the delete option if you’re the poster or an admin.
What happens when a contest ends?
Winners are announced based on votes, and past results are viewable in the group’s history.
